I made this card as part of my technique club (and then made some extra for my stash). I can’t take credit for the design, or the over all idea. This card is purely Connie Stewart. If you haven’t checked out her Flash Card series, seek them out on her blog or YouTube, they are BRILLIANT. Not only are the cards fabulous, but you can make 8 cards (yes, eight) from only 6 pieces of 8.5×11″ card stock, some stamps, ink, and sometimes an embellishment or piece of ribbon.
I changed up the colours from her original card slightly (Marina Mist instead of Baja Breeze), but other than that pretty much followed her video exactly. Even if you just want to see how this gorgeous flower was made (using only two small pieces of card stock), the video is worth a look.
