This card is also a CASE, but unfortunately I’ve lost track of where from. I hadn’t intended to buy the “Best of Shelli” stamp set, but when I saw this card I knew I needed it.
- Using Smoky Slate and Marina Mist inks, stamp the white panel for the inside of the card with images from the “Best of Shelli” stamp set. Stamp off on a scrap piece of paper for a lighter image.
- Using Smoky Slate, stamp the chevron background image onto another panel of white cardstock.
- Punch out a circle from white cardstock and stamp with the sentiment.
- Use the hexagon punch to form the flagged ends in the card stock strips for banners.
- Use Smoky Slate ink and a sponge to ink all the edges of the various layers.
- Adhere the inside panel to the inside of the card.
- Adhere the Marina Mist layer to the front of the card.
- Adhere the chevron stamped layer to the card front.
- Adhere the doily and stamped circle to the card front.
- Run the banners over the edge of a bone folder to give them shape. Adhere to the card front.
- Tie a piece of bakers twine into the button and adhere to the card front using glue dots.
- Stamp the back of your card and envelope if you’d like!
