I shared these cards on Instagram already, but I wanted to share them again as I’m so dang happy with how they turned out! Last weekend I hosted a global event for Multicultural Day where we featured presenters from around the world sharing their culture and paper crafts with us. At the end of the day it was my turn and I showed my appreciation for the culture of sharing and joy that I’ve found in my crafting friends by making these cards…

I made these cards by cutting out some of the images from the printable PDF I developed over the past several months with my Brother Scan N Cut, then adhered them with die cuts and stamped images from both the Create With Friends and Beauty of Friendship stamp sets. I also added a little sparkle to the base by ‘flicking’ shimmer from a Wink of Stella brush. You can see how it all comes together in the Facebook group here: Multicultural Stamping.

I also wanted to share a card designed and made by my friend Cheryl, who doesn’t have her own blog or social media for her cardmaking, but she did an amazing job telling the story of her family’s canoe journey through the style of a button blanket on this card. Again you can see the full video in the Facebook group.

Now let’s take a look at what everyone else is working on today!

I don’t have an extensive supply list for you today, but don’t forget to pop over to the Multicultural Stamping Facebook group to download the printable we created with images and sentiments representing many different cultures, and when you place an order for product with me you’ll get a tutorial PDF and a mail and make class for free! Here’s a sneak peek of this month’s Fancy Fold Tutorial Bundle…

Happy stamping!

Stefanie
