Today’s Stampin’ Dreams blog hop is all things other than cards! I definitely make more cards than I do anything else, so this was a bit of a challenge for me. Then I saw something I just had to make some packaging for though! Can you guess what it is?

I made this sleeve by taking an 11″ x 4 1/4″ piece of cardstock and scoring it at 5 1/4″ and 10 1/2″ then wrapping it around my gift to cover it up. A ribbon through the existing hanging hole helps pull the sleeve off. I was inspired by the original packaging to use pinks and golds, and added lots of textured layers, including the gold gilded wood elements, to decorate…

Inside is a lip mask! I thought these were so cute, and now they’re a pretty addition to a customer order, as a pick me up for a friend, or any time I want to hand out a pretty little gift.

Hop along the hop to see what other “not a card” projects my friends have made! Want to join us in our next blog hop, join our Crafty Collaborations group on Facebook and you can join in on the hopping fun (and other collaborative projects).
