Stampin’ Dreams January – What’s New?

I was recently asked to take over the Stampin’ Dreams Blog Hop, which usually runs every second Thursday of the month, and has for several years. By the time we finally figured it out it was a little late to get it done for that day this month, so this one is a little off!

We’re all featuring “what’s new” this month, and I decided to showcase a new stamp set called “Kangaroo & Company”. While the kangaroos in this set are predictably adorable, I was drawn to the sweet little envelope and all the bits and pieces you can put in it!

I used A LOT of dimensionals on this card. I couldn’t help it! I just kept popping things up…

Take a look at what everyone else did for the hop, and I look forward to doing this hop again on the Second Thursday of February!

This card was actually part of a tutorial bundle we put together for Valentine’s Day, and if you would like to see all the projects in the bundle, all you have to do is place an order with me between now and the big day and you’ll get it for free! 3. What a great idea to feature that cute little envelope! Your choice of subtle colors really emphasizes the strength of your design with these tiny images.

  4. Wow your card is so wonderful in so many ways. I love how you used the envelope as your main theme for the background and carried your idea through to the inside of the card. Thanks for inspiring me to use this stamp set to feature something other than the kangaroos.
