Gorgeous Posies Blog Hop

For today’s blog hop we decided to showcase the beautiful Gorgeous Posies kit, but not the cards you’ll make with the supplies and instructions from the kit, we wanted to show off some of the alternatives you can make with the supplies, stamp set, or even just inspired by the kit!
For my cards I took a few of the left over items from the kit, as well as the stamp set and some extra supplies I had laying around. I kept with the color themes of purple, pink, and green with a gold accent, layering labels and stamped images together to create these easy but impressive cards!
Here’s a closer look at each card… This first one I added embossing powder to the edges of the die cut label. You can also see some of the embossed detail on the stamped flowers.
This card I layered the sentiment on some die cut layers from the Ornate Layers set.

This last card I added embossing by drawing a line around the die cut label with a marker and embossing that!

If you’d like to see more of this kit and the cards you can make with it, join me this afternoon at 3pm Pacific on my Facebook group where I’ll be putting them together in a live video! In the mean time, hop along and see what everyone else made…
