Each of those pads seemed just fine when I looked at it and stamped with it. Then I reinked and stamped again… What a difference! I strongly recommend always getting a reinker when you get an ink pad. They’re not expensive and are so useful (not just for reinking, there’s lots of other techniques you can use them for).
