This card is actually a CASE of a gift bag! When I saw the bag on the Stampin’ Up! corporate blog, I knew that it would translate well to a card.
I used Crumb Cake card stock and the lovely Bright & Beautiful stamp set to create the base, and added some bling with a variety of punched and die cut stars (gotta love glimmer paper). Liquid glue made quick work of adhering those teeny tiny stars, and the white embossing really sticks out against the Crumb Cake.
