One of the things I love about making my own hand made cards is that I can customize the card to the person receiving it. For example, last month a friend of mine had a birthday. I knew she liked zebras, glitter, and the color green. Pretty slim pickings if I wanted all that in a store bought card, but within a few minutes, I had this whipped up in my craft room…
See the glimmer paper? It doesn’t come in green. So I used a reinker and a sponge to make it the color I wanted! I ended up with ink everywhere, including on the front of the card in places I didn’t want it. But no worries, I covered up the smudges with rhinestones!
