Christmas (and really any occasion) gifts for a crafter can be difficult, and Stampin’ Up! demonstrators are no exception. We have a passion for our craft, but are particular about our supplies and tools, so it can be difficult for others to buy for us! Here’s some ideas of things you can get the crafter in your life…

Things that make their life easier

One thing we all wish we had was more time! Gifts that help us focus on things we want to focus on are always appreciated, and this can look like:

  • A credit with a house cleaner or gardener
  • A meal kit subscription
  • A robot vacuum and/or mop
  • Stamps for mailing cards, we can never have enough of those!
  • Items to help us keep our homes, health, and finances on track
  • Chargers for all our devices
  • Things like stack cutters that make us more efficient at mass producing for our classes and creations

Here’s some of my favorite life hack products to make my life easier…

Things to help them stay organized

IKEA’s Kallax line is a pretty universal love of crafters, so you really can’t go wrong there! Whether you get them a gift certificate or an actual shelf, it’s sure to be a hit!

Speaking of Kallax… did you know you can get craft specific inserts for them? Stamp n Storage makes both Stampin’ Up! specific and generic inserts to organize paper, inks, and more!

We also love utility carts! Again, IKEA has some great options, but you can get some great ones on Amazon or in other places as well.

There’s also smaller things to help us stay organized while we craft too. Magnetic dishes like mechanics use for example are great for keeping dies from disappearing, and desk basics like pen cups and literature holders are always helpful too!

We also tend to love planners, and you KNOW I’ve got you covered there! I have both physical and downloadable/printable planners to make sure that any crafter, or planner lover, has the perfect planner unique to them. These can even be customized with family photos, favorite colors, special holidays, etc. Contact me directly if you’d like a custom planner for your crafter that’s not here!

Things to make them feel better

Sometimes we need a bit of self care! A manicure is a luxury we sometimes skip, but it’s appreciated, especially for those of us who show our hands on videos.

Other self care ideas could be:

  • Bath products
  • Comfort items like noise cancelling headphones, blankets, etc
  • Appointments for massage, spa, or other services
  • Their favourite drink mixes or snacks, really a go to gift for anyone
  • Home made meals and/or treats! Especially when we don’t need more “stuff” sometimes we just want to have some extra time and a nice meal or treat goes a long way to making someone feel loved.
  • An Audible subscription for those of us who love to listen while we craft

Things to help them grow

We’re always looking to grow and learn, and of course have fun with our crafty friends… With events happening all the time, helping us get to those events is a hugely appreciated gift! This can look like:

  • Helping with the cost of flights and/or accommodations at events
  • Providing child care while we’re at an event, either locally or travelling
  • Paying for subscription services we use – but double check it’s something we actually use! Some of these may be TAMS, Canva, Zoom, etc.
  • Audio visual equipment if we do videos (check to see what we have and need first)

Here’s some of my favorite video and photo products…

And if all else fails… ask your crafter for a list! We’re generally good at lists and can probably pull out a Pinterest board or Amazon wish list of ideas for your fairly quickly.

Happy stamping!
